Bradner is a rural, agricultural pocket of Abbotsford known for its farms and its famous annual daffodil show — and it's also home to some of the largest properties we service. Unlike a standard city lot, many Bradner yards are acreages, and a bigger property simply takes longer to clean, so we quote those individually instead of applying a flat city rate.
Bradner is a select service area for us outside our Surrey & Langley core, and we run it as an established weekly route. Plans start at $22.50 per visit — our standard starting rate for a regular-sized yard — with acreage and larger rural properties quoted individually once we know your yard's size and layout.
