We work rain or shine! Light to moderate rain doesn't stop us. In the case of severe weather (heavy storms, extreme cold, etc.), we'll reach out to reschedule your visit as soon as possible.
Please leave gates unlocked (or share a gate code) on your service day. If your dog is outside during our visit, our technician will use their judgment: if the dog seems friendly, we'll go in and get to work; if not, our scooper has the right to skip the yard for everyone's safety, and we'll follow up to reschedule. If a gate is locked and we can't reach you, we'll let you know and reschedule. Either way, we always text a photo confirming your gate is closed and secured once we're done.
All waste is double-bagged on-site and placed neatly in your own outdoor trash bin — no mess left behind, no need for you to lift a finger.
Not at all! Most of our customers aren't home when we visit. We let ourselves into the yard, clean up quietly, and make sure everything is secured behind us — then send a text and photo to confirm the job is done.
We use Jobber's secure online client portal for scheduling and billing, so you can view invoices, update payment info, and manage your service anytime from your phone or computer.
Of course. Just reach out at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled visit and we'll adjust your calendar — no fees, no hassle.
No contracts, ever. Pause, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime — we just ask for a heads-up before your next scheduled visit.
Yes — we arrive fully equipped with our own tools, gloves, and bags every visit. You don't need to provide anything.
Pricing is based on yard size and number of dogs, since more dogs usually means more cleanup. Let us know how many pups you have when you request a quote and we'll give you an accurate rate.
Yes, we service year-round. On statutory holidays your visit is skipped that week and completed on your next scheduled visit the following week.
